I directly manage all aspects of the creative department and the company’s visual brand, including project deliverables, timelines and team members (UI/UX Designer, Video Editor, Photographer, and three Visual Designers).
I manage the team to create entirely exclusive in-house product photography and videos that have helped the overall site conversion and user engagement.
I oversee all marketing and internal print materials, managing our in-house studio and gear, on-location shoots, photography and video look and feel, online and offline projects (social media, blog, Google Ads), email marketing campaign designs, and trade show designs (in-booth and truck wraps).
My role in these projects were in direction, project management and approvals. My direct report’s role in these projects were in design, shooting and editing photos and videos.
